Introduction
The Barnes & Noble Pocket Sized Collectible Editions are small volumes (approximately 4″ x 7″) that include a range of poetry, history and philosophy titles. The books are hardbacks bound in decorative bonded leather, and they are published by Fall River Press, a subsidiary of Sterling Publishing which was bought by Barnes & Noble in 2013 (the same year this series was first released).
As of September 2024, there have been 25 titles released in the series, including two cover variants of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

Similar to Barnes & Noble’s main line of leatherbound classics, the pocket classics are bound in bonded leather (which is a combination of scrap leather and glue).
