Meggendorfer Prize Finalists 2014
2014 Meggendorfer Pop-Up Book Award Finalists
On this page:
Introduction
Every two years, the Movable Book Society honors the very best in paper engineering through its Meggendorfer Awards program. The 2014 finalists range from science fiction wonders (with the winner Transformers, Marvel Super Heroes vs Villains, and a journey through the Star Wars galaxy), many works aimed at children (Numero, Funny Birds, Itsy Bitsy Spider, The Little Mermaid, Snow Queen, The Nutcracker, and The Lorax), and a few non-fiction titles exploring the natural world (America’s National Parks and Oceano) and the arts (Gaudi Pop-Ups). Special credit to paper engineers Matthew Reinhart and Yevgeniya Yeretskaya, who both appeared twice in the list this year!
