In 1937, architect William Kesling built what was rumored to be the MGM party house in North Hollywood, California. Allee Willis bought the rare Streamline Moderne home with her first royalty checks from writing the Earth, Wind & Fire hits “September” and “Boogie Wonderland,” and Willis Wonderland was born.
