Hello booklovers! A quick post today, just to draw your attention to a couple of interesting Kickstarters that are currently running that you might like to check out. The Illuminated Carmilla Beehive Books are raising funds for a new entry in their wonderful Illuminated Classics series, The Illuminated Carmilla by Sheridan Le Fanu. This book is “the vampire saga that inspired DRACULA, pioneered depictions of queer longing in European literature, and created one of the iconic antiheroines of gothic fiction.” Carmilla will be illustrated by Rosemary Valero-O’Connell, and going by their previous releases, it promises to be stunning.
